(“Rick”) Maher will present Disruption by Design: The Six Traits of Agile Organizations (and the Leaders Who Lead Them) at this week’s National Association of Job Training Assistance (NAJA) Conference in Atlanta. As we prepare for the Fourth Industrial Revolution and a post-pandemic age, the Nation’s workforce development system will need to innovate at scale to meet the demand to up-skill America’s workforce and address the needs of a dynamically shifting labor market. will explore the traits of agile organizations and the skills needed by leaders to “curate” a winning work culture.
