Adaptive Human Capital’s President & CEO, Richard (“Rick”) Maher will be presenting at the National Association of Job Training Assistance (NAJA) Conference in Los Angeles on April 23.
Maher will be keynoting the Conference’s 3rd day along with Dr. Helen Parker, former Regional Administrator of USDOL-ETA’s Atlanta Region. Together, Maher and Parker will explore the potential role for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in supporting service delivery within the nation’s workforce development system.
“I have been working on helping individuals and organizations thrive through change and uncertainty for decades, and the landscape surrounding the growth of generative AI may be among the most challenging changes today’s organizations must navigate,” said Maher. “I’m looking forward to helping the NAJA audience de-mystify AI and embrace exploring how it can help them and those they serve. Doing so with my long-time friend and colleague, Helen Parker is just a huge plus!”
The session will focus on helping folks understand AI a bit better – addressing how generative AI tools can support workplace productivity while discussing how to mitigate the risks. Maher and Parker will feature some early-adopter examples of how AI is being used today in workforce development and offer a “roadmap” to help folks explore -- moving beyond fear to action.
